These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Geld mobile app (“Geld”, the “app”). Geld is operated by Ezra Gunn (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Geld.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Geld. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Geld for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the app store terms you accepted when downloading.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Geld Plus: if you’re not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email ezraworking@gmail.com and we’ll help you obtain a refund. Because purchases are processed by Apple and Google, refunds are issued through their systems (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: Play Store → Account → Order history), subject to their policies.
You agree not to misuse Geld, including by attempting to access other users’ data, reverse-engineering or interfering with the app or our backend, circumventing purchase or security mechanisms, or using the app to break the law.
The transactions and notes you enter are yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content to you and across your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Geld is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep your own backups of anything critical (you can export to CSV at any time).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Geld. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using Geld and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
