Deleting your account & data

You can permanently delete your Geld account and all associated data directly in the app, at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Geld and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.
This permanently erases your profile, your transactions, your budgets and goals, and your Geld Plus unlock from our servers, and removes your authentication account. The action is immediate and irreversible.

If you can’t access the app

Email ezraworking@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. We retain no personal data after deletion except where minimal records are required by law; aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.

Export first (optional)

Want a copy before you go? In the app, open Profile → Export transactions to download all of your data as a CSV file.
